For years, Linda dreamed of owning and operating her own Bed & Breakfast and seized the opportunity to channel
the love surrounding the home in its transformation into a Charming Inn. With three years of construction and fierce determination,
the home expanded to include an entire second floor and was redesigned with Victorian influence. In June of 2002 Eagle’s Nest Bed & Breakfast
opened its doors to share its warmth with all travellers seeking Romance in a Forest Retreat!
Warm Spring & Summer rays of Sunshine, along with the fresh Laurentian air, provide the perfect setting for a walk in the enchanting Gardens at Eagle’s Nest. The Side Garden features European
flare with its French Geometric Design and English-Style Perennial Plantings. Relax and enjoy Nature at her finest under our twenty year-old Apple Tree (perhaps with a slice of Linda’s Apple Pie
and a glass of warm Cider!) Or just breathe in the fresh aromas found in the Herb Garden.

As you enter the grounds of Eagle’s Nest B&B, with it’s expansive property,
the lane takes you past our original Hand-Crafted Sign. Your eyes meet this story-book home, surrounded by flowering shrubs, classic romantic gardens, maple and evergreen trees.
Constructed in the early 1900’s as a small Ski Cabin, Albert J. Linstead and his wife Gladys Shelley purchased the estate in 1960,
with the intention of converting it into a summer home for their family. A skilled builder, and handyman, Albert single -handedly added six rooms onto the structure, while Gladys provided all the joy necessary to truly make the house a home. The couple aptly named it Eagle’s Nest, after the wild birds spotted around the mountain top.
Two generations of the Linstead family enjoyed the cottage as a vacation retreat when, on December 11th 1997, it was passed on to their daughter Linda.
From the front entrance you pass by our Country Corner Boutique leading to our Victorian Dining Room which features an antique Crystal Chandelier
and magnificent hardwood staircase. Enjoy the Original Paintings and photographs that grace the walls, lending a gentle museum-like ambiance to the atmosphere.
Our open and inviting Living Room welcomes guests for casual relaxation and conversation in a Traditional/Victorian setting. In Winter months visitors to Eagle’s Nest
are invited to sit by the cozy fireplace, with your hosts Linda & Chuck, for warm beverages and home-baked refreshments. During the Summer Season, join us on the elegant Veranda
for cool drinks as the sweet songs of wild birds fill the air.

Upstairs, four elegant bedrooms await you. The Willow’s sweet, cozy charm beckons guests to cuddle up in its vintage quilts with a good book. The Harbour Sails will captivate you
with its ocean-inspired décor and the lovely Victorian Rose delights visitors, sending them back in time to a past era, with historic furnishings and treasured antiques.
Finally The Verona Suite, the largest room at Eagle’s Nest, paves the way for a marvellous escape as you gaze at the gorgeous mountain view from the Romeo & Juliet balcony.
